DoubleSeal™ is a revolutionary, new ROPP 30 x 60mm long skirt  screwcap that is the first truly tamper-evident closure for wine and spirits available on the market today.  It is generally assumed that ROPP screw-caps are already tamper-evident because the consumer has to break the notches to open the bottle.   However, in reality it is nearly impossible to see if the cap has been opened when the consumer is picking the bottle up off the shelf in the supermarket.  Anyone can easily reclose the bottle and line up the notches so that it appears properly sealed.

DoubleSeal™ caps are a patented combination of an inner closure that is just like a traditional screwcap combined with an outer jacket of decorated pvc.  Please download and read about the features below to see how it works.

• Printing:  rotogravure up to 6 colors with or without foil
