C&E Capsules is a privately held company which began in 2005 as a joint venture between Collotype Labels  out of Australia & Napa, Ca  and enoplastic s.p.a. in Varese, Italy.

In the spring of 2009, C&E Capsules moved into a brand new, 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fairfield, California where they have machines running around the clock making Polylaminate, PVC, champagne and sparkling wine capsules for the wine, food and beverage industries.  C&E also sells long skirt 30 x 60mm screw caps and the new, revolutionary, tamper-evident doubleSeal ™ Caps to the wine and spirits industries.

enoplastic is a family- owned capsule manufacturer located in Varese, Italy just 30 miles North  of Milan.  enoplastic was founded in 1957 by Mr. Francesco  Piero Macchi who had a passion for winemaking as well as mechanical engineering.  The lack of available closures for his wine in those early years provided the foundation a focused and passionate company that has expanded and grown into the largest capsule manufacturing facility in the world

Through many years of deep friendship and mutual business interest, The Macchi Family joined forces with the Moglia family and created a partnership  in 2001.  This partnership has allowed Enoplastic  to expand their resources and pass along their talents to the next generation. .
