Vice President, Operations:  Stefan Bunk

Stefan has been with C&E since it’s inception and is the heart and soul of the operation.  He got his start at APM 16 years ago and has been having a love affair making capsules ever since. He runs everything in the plant from working directly with customers on executing new projects to managing the machines and the experienced production team as well as handling the more mundane office paperwork that goes along growing a company.

Vice President, Marketing & Sales:  Debbie Jennings

Debbie joined C&E in the spring of 2009 after a long career in label printing and wine bottle manufacturing & distribution .  The first half of her career was spent at California Glass where she successfully sold bottles, corks, capsules, closures and corrugated.  She then spent the next 15 years selling sheet fed and pressure sensitive labels to the wine, beer and beverage industries with Lawson Mardon Label and Tapp Technologies. Debbie’s 28 years of experience in packaging sales gives her a solid foundation and strategic insight for expanding C&E’s business and taking it to the next level.

Inside Sales & Customer Service :  Charles Russell

Charles got his start in the wine business at FP label in 1998 and after 4 years of working in the printing business, he took a break and did a stint as a wine buyer for a high end local hotel where he realized how much he enjoyed working directly with customers. He got to hone his people skills even further when he joined Collotype Labels in 2004 and then continued on with C&E when the joint venture began in 07.

Customer Service Representative :  Gina Giacalone

Gina is a recent graduate of CSU Chico and is the new kid on the block and is becoming Charles right hand gal in order entry, shipping and pretty much doing whatever is needed to execute an order.  

Gina thought she wanted to work in journalism until we snagged her and tried to convince her otherwise.  She is proving to be a great asset to our team.

Plant Engineer :   Dave Turner

Dave Turner has been in the capsule industry forever.  He ran machines and managed production at APM  for 25 years and knows everything there is about capsule machines.  How to run ‘em, how to fix ‘em.  Dave works closely with Stefan to ensure our machines are maintained properly and are running at full speed.

Accounting & Administration: Christine Schmidt

 Christine has been with C&E for just over a year and a half she handles all of our AR and AP and benefits as well as all general office and administrative requirements. Chris is indispensible in managing the booking keeping and banking functions as well as making sure everything is working in the office.

CEO: Michele Moglia  (pronounced Mik-Haley, not Michelle)

Michele is the owner/partner of C&E, it’s parent company, Enoplastic, s.p.a. in Varese Italy and TOPEnz in New Zealand.  He resides in Northern Italy just outside of Milan and travels the world selling his capsules and developing opportunities & relationships with companies, big and small. 

He helps C&E with all matters related to sales and production and always finds ways to get us what we need whether it is a new machine to meet increased demand, development of new materials to reduce cost or solve technical problems or come up with creative solutions for challenging marketing projects. 

He stays in close contact with us (thank goodness for Skype) and we are sure that he never sleeps since his emails find us at all hours 7 days a week.  He is very passionate about our business and remains committed to it’s growth and integrity.
